Strategizing Floor Plan's Layout
Rearranging booths layout on your Main Hall can be determined based on price point or in-booth activity. Featured booths appear first and the exhibitors booths below, above all the other booths in their own "Featured" section. This is how your Main Hall will look with Featured booths to an attendee:
Each booth will also have a small green "FEATURED" label above its name.
Let's get started!
Make sure you're on your Main Hall page in Edit Mode.
Scroll down to the booths and click on the green Manage Booth Layout button.
This will open up the following view. When you first do this, you will have no booths in the Featured or Pinned sections. (For more info on how to Pin a booth, click here.)
To Feature a booth, find the one you want, and hover over the grey star icon. It should spin and say "Toggle Feature."
Clicking this star will jump it up to the featured section.
Click the star on all booths you want to feature, and then click Save Changes in the upper right of this view.
You should now see your Featured Booths in their own section!
If you want to reorder these booths, you can do so by opening up Manage Booth Layout again, and clicking the up and down arrows on the booth you want to reorder. Hovering over these arrows tells you what they do.
From left to right they are:
- ⏫ Move all the way to the top of the section it's currently in
- 🔼 Move one up
- 🔽 Move one down
- ⏬ Move all the way to the bottom of the section it's currently in
You can also click and hold the mouse down on the booth you want to move, and drag it to wherever you want it to go -- this could mean reordering it within its own section, or dragging it in or out of the Featured section.
Remember to always click Save Changes in the upper right to save the changes you've made here and see it on your Main Hall!
