Why Archive Orders?
We recommend archiving Cancelled and Rejected orders to removed them from your dashboard view. This helps to ensure when you're sending bulk messages, updating logistics etc. that you don't accidentally include these orders in your outreach. You can always toggle to view Archived orders if you need to reference them.
Before Archiving An Order
In order to archive an order, it must be cancelled or declined, and all refunds must be handled. How to handle logging refund status in EventHub.
This is to prevent confusion with the exhibitors who would otherwise still see the order in process.
How to Archive Orders
To archive an order select the checkbox next to the orders you would like to archive on the manage submission order summary section and choose "Archive Order" from the dropdown.
Once you do that a popup will come up for you to assign an archive tag. You can select a preexisting one from the drop down or if you need a new tag, you will need to enter the name in the tag field and select "yes".
How to View Archived Orders
To view archived orders, you can toggle the Show Archived Orders toggle to "On." By Default it is "Off" so Archived Orders will not be visible on your dashboard.
You can also view Archived Orders by selecting an Archive Tag in the Filters section.
