How to Apply Order Tags
Adding custom tags to orders is a great way to be able to filter your Submissions view in ways that are useful to your specific event.
To add tags to Order Summaries, check the orders you want to tag and then click the Bulk Action Button.
Then, select "Tag Order" from the action drop-down menu.
Next, it will open a box where you can select from any existing tags or create a new one.
To create a new tag, enter the text you want to display on the tag onto the field next to "Tag:".
💡 Tags are case-sensitive. if you enter or select an existing tag name, it will be reused. if you modify the tag name slightly (e.g., different capitalization or spacing), a new tag will be created.
After you either create a tag or select an existing one, select "Tag Order". This will apply a tag to the selected order(s).
Note: Once a Tag has been created, it can not be deleted. You can remove it from an order, but it will still be available.
➡️ Tags are not visible to the exhibitor.
How To View and Remove Order Tags
Tags are not visible on the collapsed, default view of an order card. To see an order tag, expand the order card. You can either expand it using the "Expand Notes and Logistics" button on the individual card or use the "Expand All Notes and Logistics" button to view tags and additional information for all.
You can remove tags from an order by clicking the "X" beside the order tag.
How to Use Order Tags
Once you have tags applied, you can select to filter the submissions from the "Order Tags" dropdown.
🌟 You can now select multiple tags at once to filter your view. This is a great way to filter your view to send a bulk message, update logistics etc.
