The 'My Messages' Inbox is designed to be a catch-all for every message going in and out of your EventHub account related to orders, transactions, inquiries from prospects and your participants throughout the order process.

How to Access 'My Messages' Inbox
To access your 'My Messages' inbox log into your eventhub.net account and then click the envelope icon located on the top right corner of your screen. You will automatically be taken to your Inbox.

How to Navigate Through the 'My Messages' Inbox
1. Magnifying Glass Icon / Search Bar: If you're looking for a specific message, just type your search term into the bar and hit the icon. You can find messages by using keywords, the email address of the person you're chatting with, their name, or even the event name.

2. Filter by Unread Messages: If you want to filter your messages by unread ones, simply click on the blue "Filters" button. The unread messages will show up in bold text, while the read messages won't be bolded. To clear the results, select the "Clear All Filters" option.

How to Mark a Read Message as Unread
3. Select All Checkbox (batch commands): To use batch commands, check the checkbox to select all orders. With this feature, you can easily:
- Mark a read message as Unread by clicking the blue sealed envelope icon.
- Apply a tag to multiple messages at once by clicking the tag icon.
- Delete multiple messages simultaneously by clicking the trash can icon (just a heads up: once you delete a message, it's gone for good!).

4. Inbox (#) Tab: Clicking the Inbox tab will bring you back to your inbox. The number next to Inbox is referred to the number of unread emails in that box.

5. Compose Tab: To compose a message, click on the Compose tab. You will immediately be brought to a new, blank message.
- From: First, enter the event name you would like the message to come from in the From space. Event names will begin to appear as you type in the field.
- To: Next, begin to type the name or email of the recipient in the To space and select when it appears.
- Subject: Enter a Subject.
- Message: Add a Subject and text to the body of your message, then press Send Message at the bottom right of the screen.
This message will now appear on your Sent tab, and replies will appear in your Inbox.

6. Composer Toolbar: These tools are designed to help users format and customize your messages easily. Here's a general overview of the tools and options available:
- H1 and H2: H1 and H2 describes headers/headings. You have the options to assign text the H1 or H2 from the toolbar. H1 being the main heading.
- Font Type: If you'd like to change the font type, you can easily do so by clicking on the drop-down menu. From there, just select your preferred font style from the options available.
- Text Style: You can access your basic text formatting like making text bold, italic, underline or change the font size. Just look for the options in your toolbar.
- Bullet Points/Numbering: Adds bullet points or numbers to lists.
- Insert a Link: To add a link, simply highlight the text you want to turn into a link. Next, click on the link icon in your toolbar and paste the web address URL you want to include.
- Add a Photo: To add a photo to your message, just click on the photo icon in the toolbar.
- Add a Video: To add a video to your message, click on the placement in the message where you'd like the video to go. Then, click the icon that Embed Video in your toolbar. Click on that and simply paste the URL of the video you want to share (make sure it's hosted on a streaming platform like YouTube).
- Tx: Removes the formatting from the selected text. This can be very useful when you want to standardize the appearance of your text or remove unwanted formatting without manually adjusting each element.
- "</>: Referred to as the "code" or "pre-formatted text", is used to indicate that the enclosed text should be displayed as-is, without any additional formatting or interpretation by the text editor or platform.

7: Sent tab: Displays a list of all the emails that you and your sub-users have sent to recipients. This feature allows you to keep track of your outgoing messages and verify when messages were sent, to whom, and what was included in each message.

How to Add or Remove Labels
8. Labels tab: Locate the "Labels" icon (it looks like a tag) on the left side nav. Click on the "Labels" icon. This will open up a menu where you can see all your current labels.

Add or Remove Labels: Select the emails you want to work with, then the "Labels" icon will appear next to the trash icon.
Click on the label icon to manage your labels. You can apply existing labels from the drop-down menu, remove labels by clicking the x next to the label, or create new labels by typing in the label field.

Message Features
1. Back Arrow: Click to return to your inbox.
2. Reply icon: Click this icon to reply to the current message. This icon will not appear if the message was sent from a guest user.
3. Print Icon: If you would like to print your correspondence, use this icon.
4. Trash Icon - This will delete the current message.
5. Tag Icon (or edit icon)- Location on the top right corner on the message! This allows you to apply tags to your message. You will be able to choose an existing tag or create a new one.
