If you have multiple events with us, you might want to be able to copy your Virtual Village setup from a one event to another. To do this, simply login to your account and access your event's Virtual Village in Edit Mode. On the editing sidebar on the Main Hall page, under the Info tab, you'll see a big green button at the top to Copy Another Event.
Clicking this button will bring up a pop up of all the other events you own on EventHub with the Virtual Village upgrade. If you only have one event on your account, you will not see anything here. For our account, we have four other events we could consider copying from.
Choose the event you'd like to copy from, and then click Copy in the bottom right.
If both events you have selected have the same upgrades, the information contained in those upgrades (like Custom CSS, or Logo Swap) will be copied over. If the event you're copying to does not have all the upgrades of the event you're copying from, you will see the following warning:
However, if you decide you also want to add those upgrades to this new event, you can do so by following the link on that warning. Once a upgrade is added to this new event, all the details from the previously copied event will show up in this newly enabled upgrade. For more information on upgrades, please refer the tutorials in the Virtual Upgrades section.
When you click Copy, you will see immediate changes on your Virtual Village. The styling will be updated to look like the other Virtual Village. You can see that the top of our "Giant Pumpkin Festival" now looks quite different from the screenshot above.
You can see that the color, font, logo in the upper left, Sponsor logo in the upper right, etc. have all changed. Some things stayed the same though, like the Event Name. Check out the following detailed lists of what gets copied and what doesn't.

Things to Double-Check After Copying Your Virtual Village
If you had any links (Header Links, links in description fields, on buttons, etc.) that linked to pages on the Virtual Village you copied from, you're going to need to go in and edit those links on this new Virtual Village so they point to the correct pages on the new Virtual Village and don't accidentally take folks back to the old event when they click on them.
Event-Managed Booths
As the Event Organizer, you have the opportunity to add Event-Managed Booths. These are booths that are not tied to any Order Number or Exhibitor account, but are created and managed by you and tied to your event.
For information on how to add and use Event-Managed Booths, please refer to this tutorial.
When you copy an event's Virtual Village into another, it will copy over all Event-Managed Booths from that Virtual Village into this one. This way, if you've put lots of effort into designing booths for one of your events, and just want to replicate them here, you can!
Copying Exhibitor's Booths
Now, we understand that there may be some Exhibitor's who have previously built a Virtual Booth for one of your Virtual Events, and they just want to reuse that one without having to put all the info in again. As the Event Organizer, you only have the ability to copy in their booths from previous events that you also owned. This does not happen automatically when you copy one Virtual Village into another, you'd need to follow additional steps.
For information on how to copy over Exhibitor-owned booths, please refer to this tutorial.
