Overview
This article walks through how to duplicate a previously published event. This is especially useful if you’re hosting the same event across multiple locations, dates, or reusing a similar setup.
Note: Do not reuse a past event page by only changing dates - each year requires a new event page.

Step 1: Create a New Event
Log in to your EventHub account and select Create Event from the dropdown in the upper right corner.
Step 2: Enter Basic Event Information
Select your event type and complete the basic event details.
Required fields:
- Event Name
- Event Address
- Zip Code
- Event City
Optional fields:
- Event Venue Name
- Region
Step 3: Duplicate a Previous Event
Scroll to the bottom of the page and locate the Duplicate Previous Event section.
- Click the Select Event dropdown
- Choose the event you want to duplicate
Click Save to continue.
Step 4: Review & Update Event Details
Your new event will load with all the information from the selected event except for the new dates.
Use the Event menu on the left to review and update details for your new event.
Getting Ready to Submit Your Event
Before submitting, make sure all menu tabs (Basic through Calendar) are marked as completed. The Submit Event button will only appear once all sections are complete.
When your event is ready, click the blue Submit Event button located in the bottom-left of the left-side menu within the event editor.
What Happens Next
After submission, our team will review your event page and provide feedback if needed.
Please allow up to 48 business hours for review.
Important: Inviting Returning Vendors
Do not send invitations immediately after submitting your event.
Wait until your event has been reviewed and made live before inviting vendors to reapply.
