In the event that your payment fails, the most likely cause is that either the payment info was not quite right or your banking or credit institution is blocking the payment from processing (more common with company cards).
The best way to tell is to try resubmitting your payment by clicking the "Payment Failed - Resubmit" button on your Order Summary. If it works, great! If it doesn't and you are sure your payment info is correct, contact your bank/cc company and ask them to allow the payment to process.
