Can I get a refund?

Whether or not an order can be refunded depends on the Event Terms and Cancellation Policy you agreed to during checkout. Each event has its own policies which are decided by the Event Organizers. You can review the Event Terms and Cancellation Policy anytime by clicking the link on the bottom of your order's Invoice. 

If the event's refund policy is not clearly stated or you would like to ask the Event Organizer a question about the terms, you should message them directly.
