Navigate to the Event Wizard Menu
To manage your sponsorship inventory, the first step is to navigate to the Event Wizard Menu by selecting "Edit Showcase" for your event.

Next, go to the "Pricing" tab and click the blue "Add/Edit" button under "Sponsorships" tab.

How To "Enable Inventory Tracking" Toggle
Under "Current Event Sponsorships" there's a switch labeled "Enable Inventory Tracking." When you toggle this switch to "Yes," the Advanced Management settings will appear. You will then put the total number in the "Inventory" field, and then to show a count down under each sponsorship you will enter that number in the "Display Inventory When <" field.
Not related to the inventory tracking, if the sponsorship package includes a booth space, make sure to check the box next to "Include Booth #", so the system knows to include a space assignment field for their order.

How to Manage Sponsorship Inventory Settings
- Inventory: Will update to include how many sponsorships of that particular kind are available.
- Include Booth #: Check this if the sponsorship includes a booth space.
- Display Inventory when <: Enter the number that you would like to show when there is "X" amount left.
