Please note: your order is required to be approved or confirmed by you before paying or completing paperwork. If you are not able to access the payment or paperwork, this means your order is pending approval by the event organizer or you need to confirm the order changes. Once a step has been completed, it will auto collapse. Simply click on the ^ icon to expand the section.
You cannot submit an order modification without actual order changes being made. Order modifications that can be made from a vendor are the following:
- Adding or removing add-ons
- Applying a promo code at checkout
If you need to make changes to your booth type (ex. change the booth type with another booth, add an additional quantity or edit information provided in the application profile) then you will need to message the event organizer with this request. Once you have already submitted an application for an event, the best way to get in touch with the event is to send them a message from your Order Summary. If your order status is "Pending Approval" then this means the event organizer has not approved your order. Allow them time to review your order. You may message them for further information regarding the approval process.
If your order status is "Pending Modification Approval" then this means you made changes to your order that require for the event organizer to review. You may message them for further information regarding the modification approval process.
If your order status is "Confirm Order" then this means you need to acknowledge the order that was created for you by the event organizer. Simply click the "Confirm Order" button to accept the order.
If your order status is "Confirm Order Changes" then this means you need to accept the order changes that were made by the event organizer. Simply click the "Confirm Order Changes" button accept the order changes

If you are trying to pay for your order or change the payment method from check to credit card - modifying the order is not the correct step. Simply click the "Make a Payment" button located in Step 2 to process payment electronically (assuming that the event has credit card enabled) or to print/download your invoice you can click on the "View Order Details" button located in Step 2
