Overview of Tabs

Status Badge

At the top of your dashboard, you’ll see status tabs that reflect the current state of each event registration page:

1. Published– Your registration page is live and accessible.

   1. Expired – Event has ended but may still appear in the Published tab and remain searchable on the marketplace as a lead intake form. Be sure to unpublish expired events before launching the following year.

2. Pending Review – Your page has been submitted and is awaiting approval.

3. Draft – Your page is still in progress and not yet visible to the public.

4. Unpublished – Your page was previously live but has been taken offline.

5. View All – Displays all events across every status.

If the status changes (for example, Draft or Unpublished), the page visibility will update accordingly

Searching and Sorting Events

You can:

• Use the search bar to locate events by name or keyword.

• Use the Sort By dropdown to organize events (e.g., Start Date – Soonest First).

• Click Reset to clear filters.

Event Card Breakdown - Understanding Your Event Card (Published View)

Each event listed in your My EventHub Dashboard includes key actions and status indicators. Below is a breakdown of what each numbered item represents and how to use it.

Event Card Overview

1. Status – Shows the current status of your event.

2. Edit Registration Page – Link to access and update your event details.

3. Marketplace Visibility – Indicates if your event is publicly listed on the marketplace. If not listed, it is only accessible via the direct registration link.

4. Unpublish – Unpublishes your event, taking it offline and stopping registrations.

5. Copy Reg Link – Direct link vendors or sponsors use to register. Easily copy and share via email, website, social media, QR codes, and more.

6. Access Orders Dashboard – View and manage all orders.
