Some events have an Interactive Floor Plan feature. If yours does, you will be able to use the Floor Plan Public Profile feature. This will display your business information on the Interactive Floor Plan once you have been assigned to a booth and will enhance engagement at festivals/trade shows by making navigation easier for attendees.
Since the purpose of a public profile is to be seen and showcase your content and brand to attendees, it's a good idea to have all bases covered by filling out your profile.
How to access Step 4 to complete your floor plan public profile
You can log into your eventhub.net account and then hover over your name in the top right corner and select "My Hub" from the menu that appears or click on the header link "My Hub to get to your Orders dashboard. Then click the blue "Manage Order" button see the Order Summary for the order you are working on.

Adding Info to a Floor Plan Public Profile
The Main Profile tab section includes the company's description, keywords and logo.
The Contact Information tab includes the contact information.
The Links tab includes social media links via the Contact Us tab.
