Only organizers can make edits to an order’s profile. For example, if an exhibitor asks you to change the name of their company listed on their application, you will need to do this for them. Exhibitors can’t edit their profile once it has been submitted.
1. To edit the profile of a vendor after they have submitted an application first locate that order within your orders dashboard.
2. Next Click on the "profile link" in their order summary to open their profile.
3. After the profile is opened click the pencil icon at the top left of the profile, this will open the profile editor.
4. Be sure to check the Skip profile information box. This is only available to organizers and is helpful if you make changes to their participant category and don't have all the answers or need to remove information and don't have an updated response to add.
5. Make any changes you'd like to the profile and then click the "Update Booth Profile" button to save the changes.
