Digital Attendee Guide – Getting Started
Now that your event is live and your map is built, the next step is building out your Digital Attendee Guide. This guide serves as the central hub for your attendees to view schedules, vendors, sponsors, and key event information.
This walkthrough will guide you through the core sections to get your guide built and ready for launch.

Getting Started – Access the Guide Editor
From within the map editor, click the red “Go to Admin” button located on the top right corner of your screen.

Note: These credentials are separate from your vendor management login.

✅ Create Your Schedule
Step 1: Add Speakers / Entertainers
Go to: Speakers & Schedule → Speaker List & Tools → Speakers
Click “Add New Record”
Fill out details, add photo, social links → Save
Step 2: Add Event Tracks
Go to: Speakers & Schedule → Schedule & Tools → Schedule Tracks
Click “Add New Record”
Enter track name (Main Stage, Kids Area, etc.) → Save
Step 3: Build Schedule
Go to: Speakers & Schedule → Schedule
Click “Add New Record”
Add title, time, location, link speakers + tracks → Save
The more details you add (photos, descriptions, links), the better it looks.
⭐ Create Your Sponsor Page
Step 1: Sponsor Levels
Go to: Sponsors → Sponsor Levels
Click “Add New Record”
Name levels (Platinum Sponsor, Gold Sponsor, etc.) → Save
Step 2: Add Sponsors
Go to: Sponsors → Sponsor List
Click “Add New Record”
Assign level, upload logo, link exhibitor if applicable → Save
🎨 Customize Background
Go to: Show Setup & Settings → Settings Control Panel → Design Customizations
Upload background image and adjust colors to match your branding
👀 Preview Your Guide
Desktop: Click “Event Home Base”
Mobile: Mobile View → Edit Appearance
Links: Use “Links and Embed” tab to open directly
The map and exhibitor list will automatically populate as you build.
If you need labels updated (e.g., Exhibitor List → Vendor List), just let us know.
