How to access Step 6 to review the event logistics
Note: Event logistics are entered by the event organizer. They have their timeline on when they release this information that is out of the control of EventHub. If you have any event-related questions, you may message the event directly by clicking the "Message Event Organizer" button located on your Order Summary.
You can log into your eventhub.net account and then hover over your name in the top right corner and select "My Hub" from the menu that appears or click on the header link "My Hub to get to your Orders dashboard. Then click the blue "Manage Order" button see the Order Summary for the order you are working on.

1. ADDRESS: this is the address for where the event is being held.
2. EVENT DAY LOGISTICS: this is where you can find your load-in/out details. Who will be your on-site contact (if provided by the event). Reminder on your booth type purchased and booth assignment(s). In addition to add-ons you purchased.
3. FLOOR PLAN: Click the blue "View Floor Plan" button to see exactly where you booth is located on the layout.
NOTE: if you are using a mobile device - zoom in to see the booth #s populate! Reminder: if you have not designed your public floor plan profile, you still have time. The floor plan is viewed by attendees and great free marketing! View how to complete step 5 and design your public profile in minutes.
4. MODIFY ADD-ONS: forgot to buy add-ons or realizing last minute you will need power etc? Click the blue "Modify Add-ons" button to purchase what you need. Read more on how to modify your order.
