We recommend sending your vendors/sponsors a reminder message to complete their paperwork deliverables and to include helpful instructions on how to do this. Below is a template you are welcome to use and tweak as desired. Include specific paperwork type(s) and most importantly a deadline!

To access your Document Manager, first log in to your https://eventhub.net/login account. If you don't remember your password or username, you can easily reset your login details. Do this by clicking Forgot Password or Forgot Username. You will then receive an email with password reset instructions. Please be sure to check your spam box just in case it lands there and not in your primary folder!
Once you are logged in, hover over your name on the top right of the screen and select "My Event Hub " from the dropdown. Your Order Summary will be on this page.
The Document Manager can be accessed by clicking the green"Manage Your Paperwork" button on your Order Summary.

Documents you need to complete will be identified per folder along with the action status (e.g. esign, read receipt or upload a doc). Complete the documents as indicated and upload the file(s) back into your EventHub folder by clicking the upload icon (arrow pointing up). I will then review and approve the documents and mark your status as "complete". Until then, the status will remain as "completion required."
Other perks located in your Hub: you will also be able to see your booth assignment, pay for your order, download or print your invoice/receipt, send me messages and have access to additional event-related information as we get closer to the event.
