What is a Booth Profile?
It's only one of the best things about applying for events on Event Hub! You can create a profile of your business to apply easily to multiple events without needing to fill out that same information time and time again. This profile is called a "Booth Profile" You can also create more than one Booth Profile making it easy to manage event attendance for multiple businesses or brands on one account!
Creating a Booth Profile Submitting an Order
Creating a Booth Profile before submitting applications can make the checkout process a bit easier and quicker.
To begin, log in to your eventhub.com account and select My Event Hub from your main account dropdown on the top right of your screen. Then select the Saved Profiles tab on the left.
You will automatically be brought to a blank Booth Profile form. Fill this in with all of the information you have available. The fields with a red asterisk next to the name are required fields that you must complete to proceed.
Once you have filled in your info, click Save on the bottom of the screen to save the Booth Profile to your account.
Now that you have a Booth Profile saved, you will have the option to select the profile from a dropdown during Step 2 of Checkout. Your profile information will then autopopulate Step 2.
- Note - You will still be required to select your Participant Category as well as answer event-specific questions during Step 2.
Creating a new Booth Profile during checkout
Another option for creating a new Booth Profile is to do so during Step 2 of the checkout process.

Once on Step 2 of Checkout, click the Create New Profile.
Then, fill in your information below.
Before proceeding to Step 3, be sure to check the checkbox to Save Booth Profile to Account.
You will now be able to proceed through the rest of the checkout process, and the new Booth Profile will be saved to your account for future use!
