What does my Document Manager status mean?
"Incomplete" - There are documents uploaded by the event that require action. You will need to complete the required documents through your Document Manager by clicking "Manage Your Paperwork". Once the event approves your uploaded docs, the status will change accordingly. More on this below!
"No docs avail" - The event does not currently require any documents. This will likely change!
"Complete" - All your documents have been accepted and you're good to go!
If there is no status next to the folder, that is because your order has not yet been approved by the event organizer. The status will appear once approved.
How to complete required documents for an event
To begin the paperwork required by your event click the 'Manage Your Paperwork' button located near the top left of your order summary details. Please
Note - You can only access your document manager once your order has been approved.
This will open the Documents Manager, the documents that are Available for you to take action on will be listed in the top portion labeled Available Documents. You can also Message the event with general questions using the Message Event Button.
For a standard document, you will click the Download button for that document, located under the actions column.
Once you have filled out the document you need to upload the document by clicking the upload button for that folder under Submitted Documents.
After the document is uploaded you can see its status as well as have access to the comments section.
The status shows whether the event has accepted your document yet or if its still pending, the comments allows you to make notes on the document as well as for the event to comment to you about it, when you open the comments you will see a history of your discussion along with the ability to make a new comment by entering your text and hitting save.
The second type of document is the "Read Only" document, all you have to do is click on the documents name to open and read the document, then click the Mark as Read button.
Once that is done you will see that document appear under your Submitted documents section with a status of "Read".
The final type of document is a document that requires an E-signature
To begin that process click the E-signature Icon
Once that is open just drag the appropriate type of information to the appropriate location on the document and type in the information, your name will default to your account name but can be edited. Once done click the Finish & Submit Button.
Once the document is submitted you will see it show up under your submitted documents with a status of Document Signed
Once you have all your documents submitted, the event organizer will review them. Once all are approved, the status of your documents will change from "Incomplete" to "Complete".
If they do not do this is in a reasonable amount of time, you can message the event by selecting the "Message Event" button on your Order Summary and remind them your paperwork is pending review.
