We are pleased to announce that the map server has been restored as of November 1st, 1 AM Pacific Time, and all features are fully operational. You can now access your map portal and resume normal operations.

Restoration Important Notice:
Please be aware that any activity conducted after October 29 at 12 AM Pacific Time will cannot be restored and will need to be redone. We encourage you to review your map edits made during sporadic downtime and make any necessary adjustments. If you have any questions or need assistance, we’re here to help!
Vendor Orders and Syncing
As a result of the recent downtime, some vendor orders may not appear in the map's unassigned list. If you're experiencing this issue, don’t worry! You can easily sync the vendor to the map by following the steps outlined in our help article. CLICK HERE TO SEE QUICK STEPS

- On October 30, the map platform was operational for approximately 7 hours before experiencing a second issue and going down again.
